On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations are only valid in writing!Should something unforeseen happen and you can not start your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the travel price will be charged
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival 90% of the travel price will be charged
- In case of early departure 100%
To save these costs, we recommend you to secure yourself with a travel insurance.
In times like these,much is uncertain.But we want you to feel safe. In case of lockdown or border closure, you can cancel free of charge, also on short notice.
